This round  vibro screen is used in many application from small to medium capacity, both wet and dry material such as press water/oil/solids from presses and dry meals and solids. Sometimes it is used in wet application before decanter separators to reduce the solids load in the liquid going to the decanter.

The drive is a motor with 2 un-balancers on a vertical shaft that can be positioned in an angle to each other to change the pattern in the way the material moves inside the screen – such as from the inlet in the middle and straight out to the edge, or a slow rotating movement to the edge where the outlet is positioned.
The movement is not forced and therefore the separation and capacity is not as strong as the shaker screen.
Maximum size is diameter 1,800mm while the smallest is tiny.
The vibro screen can be single deck or multi deck
